muffin食譜很多,也有標榜健康的食譜,不過最近做的這個muffin很像雞蛋糕,且糖及油的比例比一般muffin少很多!!!



Whatever you like Muffins

50g butter
150g self-raising flour
50g caster sugar
salt
a spoon of baking powder
1 egg
110ml milk
120g whatever you like

1. 220度C
2. put butter in the saucepan and melt it over a low heat. Let it cool a little.\
3. Seive the flour into the mixing bowl. and add sugar' baking powder'. Mix everything together with the wooden spoon.
4. Break the egg into the small bowl and whisk it with the fork.
5. Add the egg and the milk into saudcepan of melted butter.
6. Put it into flour and mix everything quickly together with the fork. Don't mix for too long the mixture should be floppy and a bit lumpy.
7. Mix whatever you like in. Divide the mixture between the papper cases. Bake 20 mins.

ps; i didn't mix whatever you like in, just put them on the batter.
