First of all, I would like to thank everyone's love to Vincent. He is better now. Today he went to school without nappy.
Last weekend, we had 'Okonomiyaki(大阪燒)' and 'Pepper Bun(胡椒餅)'. What's made the Okonomiyaki special? It's not home made one, it's from a mix package from my janpanese friend. She said it tests better than home-made one. Yes, the ingredients are more complicated, they have five kinds of small bags inside the package. And although it's not as cheap as in Japan, but 'at least you can buy it here' Kumi said happily. ^_^
Fortunately, JJ got an idea of making pepper bun with us on sunday, if it were not for her, I'll never make pepper bun in London, cos it sounds a little bit complicated. We did have a very good time of making pepper buns together. We made 32 buns, including pork' beef and vegetarian. Although they were not stick the bun on the wall, but they looks really delicious with baking tray as well. The good outcome made us much more pround of ourselves.^_^
JJ started to have an idea of running a business of Chinese dim sum in the near future, and they set another home-made class for pizza next time. ^_^
Pizza shouldn't be a part of chinese dim sum right? Let's see how they can make pizza become chinese one.
